    • What is an API?

      The active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) is the part of any drug that produces the intended effects. Some drugs, such as combination therapies, have multiple active ingredients to treat different symptoms or act in different ways.

       

      All drugs are made up of two core components—the API, which is the central ingredient, and the excipient, the substances other than the drug that help deliver the medication to your system. Excipients are chemically inactive substances, such as lactose or mineral oil in the pill.

    • What are the Delivery Times?

      Delivery times depend on three factors:

       

      Once we receive your order, we will need the required documentation from the buyer, including but not limited to import permits or other regulatory approvals, to ensure a smooth order process and to hand the shipment over to a logistics company.

       

      Once we receive all the necessary documents, we will put buyer’s order into production. Orders will not be processed and placed into the production queue until all of the required documentation is in place.

       

      Shipping lead times will depend on the shipping method and final destination.

      Lead times depend on the inquiry and the stock we currently hold, as well as the requisite exportation and importation documentation of the receiving jurisdiction being successfully obtained.

    • Are you able to Ship outside Thailand?

      Yes!

       

      Because we own one of an exclusive few licenses to export, we are able to also export our products into jurisdictions that allow CBD and THC products.

       

      To facilitate this, we require more detailed information from the buyer to assure a smooth exportation process and fast delivery.
